Speaker announcement – Þórhallur Ingi Halldórsson

Thorhallur Ingi Halldorsson is a professor at the Faculty of Food Science and Nutrition at the University of Iceland. He also has an external position as a senior scientist at the Division of Health Surveillance and Research, Statens Serum Institut in Copenhagen. His work on food safety touches both directly and indirectly on many areas related to diet and environmental sustainability. His main area of research is within environmental and nutritional epidemiology and public health.
